Trip Overview
Journey into the unknown on this epic 2-week hiking adventure. This fantastic trip takes you deep into the wilderness, showing you things that most travellers never see. Discover the soaring granite peaks of Glacier National Park and spend 3 days hiking in Torres del Paine, home to pristine glaciers and perfect lakes. You’ll follow expert mountain guides and camp overlooking the wonders of Patagonia. You’ll also hit the southernmost city in the world – a bucket-list must.
Please note: You should have a good level of fitness to take part in this trip, as you will spend long days hiking in occasionally challenging terrain.

13 nights of accommodation are included on this trip. 11 nights will be spent in hotels and 2 nights will be spent camping in shared tents in Torres del Paine National Park.
13 breakfasts, 3 lunches and 2 dinners are included on this trip. You will need to purchase the rest of your meals yourself. This is a great opportunity to experience South American culture by sampling local cuisine.
Day 1: Buenos Aires
Fly into Buenos Aires today and make your way to your hotel in the city. Depending on what time you arrive, you can spend the day exploring Buenos Aires for yourself. Tonight, you'll meet the rest of your group and your guide at a welcome meeting.
Day 2: Buenos Aires/ El Chaltén
Hop on an included flight south from Buenos Aires to El Calafate, and then take a bus into Glacier National Park. Watch the incredible Andean Mountains sweep by as you journey to El Chaltén, your stop for the evening.
Day 3: El Chaltén
Strap your hiking boots on today as you venture into the heart of Glacier National Park on foot. This full day hike will take you past soaring granite pinnacles and vast lakes, weaving through forest trails and snow-covered slopes. Breakfast included.
Day 4: El Chaltén/El Calafate
Enjoy a free morning to relax after your epic hike yesterday, or if you're feeling energetic, take an optional boat trip on Viedma Lake to see the gorgeous blue-white Viedma Glacier up close (extra cost). This afternoon, journey south to El Calafate. Breakfast included.
Day 5: El Calafate
More breath-taking scenery today! Enjoy a guided tour of the epic Perito Moreno Glacier, a 197ft wall of ice that forms a natural dam in the Canal de los Tempanos (Iceberg Channel). While here, you can take an optional boat tour along the wall of the glacier itself (extra cost). Breakfast included.
Day 6: El Calafate/Puerto Natales
Journey towards the border of Chile along an unpaved southern road. Spend the evening in the beautiful town of Puerto Natales and get some rest before tomorrow's hike. Breakfast included.
Day 7-9: Torres del Paine
Enjoy an unforgettable 3-day hike through Torres del Paine National Park. Over 3 days, you'll follow expert mountain guides and hike to the base of Las Torres, discover the vast French Valley and see the gorgeous Grey Glacier. A truly incredible hiking experience. 3 breakfasts, 2 lunches and 2 dinners included.
Day 10: Puerto Natales
Hop on a bus today and journey back to Puerto Natales. Relax here and sample the local nightlife with your group. Breakfast included.
Day 11: Puerto Natales/Ushuaia
Cross back into Argentina and continue south towards Ushuaia by a combination of local bus and ferry. Ushuaia is known as 'the end of the earth', as it is the southernmost city in the world. Relax after your journey with a few drinks with your group. Breakfast included.
Day 12: Ushuaia
Enjoy a free day to explore this unique southern city. Optional activities in the area include a channel cruise to Island Martillo, hiking in Tierra del Fuego National Park, and more. Breakfast included.
Day 13: Ushuaia/Buenos Aires
Head to the airport and fly back north to Buenos Aires. The rest of the day is yours to relax and explore this vibrant city. Breakfast included.
Day 14: Buenos Aires
Your tour ends this morning. Time to say goodbye to your group and head to the airport to fly home or on to your next travelling adventure. Alternatively, you could stick around and enjoy some solo travel time around Argentina. Breakfast included.

Arrival Information:
Your tour begins in Buenos Aires on day 1. You can arrive at any time but we recommend arriving before 5pm so that you can attend the welcome meeting that evening.. An arrival transfer from the airport is not included. A taxi into the city takes about 45 mins and costs approximately USD45.
Please note, we can also arrange a private transfer for you when you arrive. Please contact a Travel Advisor for more information.
The tour ends in Buenos Aires on day 14. You can depart at any time. A return airport transfer is not included, but is easy to arrange.
