Meals

12 breakfasts, 1 lunch and 4 dinners are included in this trip. The included breakfasts will set you up perfectly for each day on this awe-inspiring journey around India, while still giving you all the time to explore India’s culinary delights.

As you uncover India’s enchanting North, expect the food to be warm, colourful and cosy with as much spice as you like. And when you travel to each new destination, you will be able to taste the changing flavours - which will spark your wanderlust!

Once you've landed at the airport, we'll be waiting to pick you up and take you straight to the hotel to chill out. This evening, we will meet up for the first time as a group and get to know each other!

Delhi is one of the most vibrant and sensational cities this world has to offer; and today immerses you in all the cultural attractions, culinary treasures and rich traditions that make it so memorable. After eating likely one of the best lunches of your life, we'll uncover some of Delhi's awe-inspiring sights: from the Jama Masjid mosque to the Rajghat Memorial where Mahatma Gandhi was cremated. Finish the day wandering along the dazzling ivory steps of a Sikh Temple.

This morning, we'll board a flight to the entrancing city of Jodhpur, with 700 years of history hidden behind the bold blue architecture. The exceptional colours pop in photos, and this destination has so much more to offer beyond the camera lens. We'll take a tuk-tuk tour around the city, before settling in for a gorgeous sunset above the cobalt rooftops. To finish off this day of exploring, we'll dig into a local dinner.

Jodhpur's scenery is irresistible, and today you'll get to see even more of it. This morning, we will explore the breathtaking Mehrangarh Fort. In the afternoon, we will visit the scenic village of Bishnoi, where you can discover how the locals deeply respect their nature and wildlife.

Later today, we'll make our way from Jodhpur to our incredible campsite in the heart of the Thar Desert. Once we're settled in, our safari awaits. Admire the astonishing landscape and the unique views from the Savitri Devi temple. Once we're back at camp, we'll enjoy dinner under the glistening stars.

The sacred city of Pushkar is revered for its mesmerising pale architecture and significant Hindu pilgrimage sites. In the heart of Pushkar, you'll find its awe-inspiring holy lake. Home to some of the most vibrant markets and sumptuous food in Rajasthan, it's easy to see why this destination is an instant classic.

Today we'll immerse ourselves in India's breathtaking colour palette, starting with a zen yoga session at sunrise. Then it's time for our road trip to the enchanting "Pink City" of Jaipur, filled with magnificent, rose-tinted architecture. This evening, we'll visit a local family for an amazing meal together; as we prepare the appetisers, our hosts will demonstrate to us how they prepare the main meal using significant skill. You're bound to pick up a few culinary secrets!

From the comfort of a jeep, we'll climb the rugged hilltop where the sweeping Rajasthani Amber Fort resides. Discover the magnificent architecture up close as you admire the intricate mosaic tiles that flood the columns, walls and ceilings. Our next stop is the one and only Hawa Mahal, with breathtaking tiers of pink windows atop each other. After visiting the Jantar Mantar observatory, enjoy a free afternoon to explore all the restaurants and shops here.

India is famed for its ancient history and incredible food, but its best-kept secret is the diverse wildlife. Today we'll travel to the outskirts of the outstanding Ranthambore National Park, with its greatest draw being the Royal Bengal tigers who call the region home. Enjoy some time to unwind at the resort, before we embark on an epic expedition to the striking ancient ruins of Ranthambore Fort.

Rise early this morning for a safari at sunrise. This mesmerising national park is abundant in natural beauty spots and diverse wildlife, from crocodiles to wild boars. As we explore deeper, there's a good chance of us spotting big cat creatures like mighty leopards and the revered Bengal tigers. When we return to the hotel, enjoy some free time to lounge by the pool and soak in the local surroundings.

Today we'll say goodbye to the jungle and hello to the enchanting city of Agra: completing India's world-renowned Golden Triangle. Discover even more hidden gems, starting with the marvellous tiers of the Abhaneri Stepwell. Then we will visit the breathtaking I'timãd-ud-Daulah: lovingly nicknamed the "Baby Taj" after its ivory architecture and detailed interior.

Our journey through India is coming to an end... but we saved the most legendary sight until last. Devastatingly beautiful and born from an epic love story, it's no surprise that the Taj Mahal is one of the world's new seven wonders. After exploring this extraordinary attraction, we'll come back to the hotel for breakfast and set off on our final road trip to South Delhi: offering you a new perspective of this magical city. Tonight, let's celebrate our adventure with a feast, a few drinks and dancing!
